"On several visits to Beijing, I sometimes have a day to spare. On those days I like to see and do as much as possible. I've found the best way to do it is to hire Jane Yeo as my personal guide. I outline what I'd like to see and do, and Jane makes it all happen in an efficient manner. Sometimes I have friends with me, and she accommodates all our needs, including an informative tour of certain sights we'd like to see. She always includes a delicious meal at a restaurant where there are few tourists. Also, I usually bring some sort of shopping list for gifts, and she helps me find just what I want and helps me get a very fair price. She is knowledgeable about the sights and knows Beijing history in detail. Her English is superb, and she gives top value in her tours. In short, I recommend her highly.
